Hoy encontramos clases din\u00e1micas, creativas, terap\u00e9uticas, deportivas, restaurativas y meditativas. Esta expansi\u00f3n ha permitido que much\u00edsimas personas descubran el yoga y lo integren en su vida.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, dentro de esa evoluci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n han aparecido diferencias profundas en la manera de estructurar una clase.<\/p><p>Muchas personas est\u00e1n acostumbradas a secuencias modernas donde todas las posturas de pie se realizan primero, despu\u00e9s las posturas de suelo y finalmente la relajaci\u00f3n. Esta organizaci\u00f3n tiene una l\u00f3gica f\u00edsica y visual muy clara.<\/p><p>Pero en las tradiciones cl\u00e1sicas del Hatha Yoga, especialmente en escuelas inspiradas en Sivananda y Rishikesh, la pr\u00e1ctica no se construye \u00fanicamente desde el movimiento f\u00edsico, sino tambi\u00e9n desde la respiraci\u00f3n, la energ\u00eda, el sistema nervioso y el recorrido interno de la conciencia.<\/p><p>Y ah\u00ed nace una diferencia importante:<\/p><p>La estructura cl\u00e1sica no busca solamente trabajar el cuerpo. Las flexiones hacia delante invitan a la interiorizaci\u00f3n. Las extensiones hacia atr\u00e1s abren el pecho y la respiraci\u00f3n. Las torsiones reorganizan la columna y el sistema corporal. Los equilibrios sostienen la atenci\u00f3n y la estabilidad.
